Banana Sheera



INGREDIENTS
  • Semolina(Fine) - 1 cup
  • Milk - 2 cups
  • Banana chunks - 1 cup
  • Almonds -10
  • Cashew nuts -8
  • Raisins -10
  • Sugar - 1/2 cup
  • Ghee -1/4 cup
  • Cardamom powder -1/2 tsp

PREPARATIONS
  • Place the pan on medium flame and add ghee into it.
  • Fry the dry fruits into the ghee and keep it aside.
  • In the same pan add semolina  and fry till semolina changes its colour to light brown.
  • Parallely boil the milk in another saucepan.
  • When the semolina changes its colour, add boiled milk into semolina.
  •  Stir well till semolina absorbs the milk.
  • Add sugar, banana chunks and  fried dry fruits.
  • Mix well till sugar mixes well in semolina.
  • Close the pan with the lid and cook it on low flame for sometime.
  • Banana Sheera is ready to serve hot.
